For the past week now, we have had problems with our telephone system, which has meant that some patients have been kept waiting for unacceptable times in our call waiting system. Unfortunately, this problem was not easy to rectify and took nearly a week to resolve. The problem has been fixed, but we would like to apologise to all patients affected by this fault.
We would like to strongly advise that online booking is now available to all patients. This means bypassing our phone lines and is often the more quicker route to appointments. Please call reception for more details.
