By requesting a pin number for online prescriptions and appointment booking, you can now access your medical records online. Please note, online access to medical records was only activated in March 2015. This means patients who had a pin number before March 2015 will not automatically have access to their medical records online. To activate this setting, you can do one of two things. You can visit the surgery with a form of ID (passport/driving licence) and show this to a receptionist explaining the reason. The receptionist will then activate this for you. Your notes will then be available to view online the next day. Or you can request to have a detailed view of your medical records within the online facility. This will take between one and three days to activate.
We would like to encourage patients to use online access to notes for copies of medical records, but understand that not all patients will have internet access or a printer. If you would like us to copy medical records for you, the charge is 10p per sheet.
If you have queries regarding matters in your notes, please contact the surgery.
