Coronavirus – How We Are Offering Care

Dear Patients,

In light of the current situation with the COVID19 pandemic, we are continuing to review how best to care for our patients. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this challenging time.

As of Monday 16th March, we have made the decision to suspend all face to face doctors appointments. Existing appointments will become telephone appointments, so please wait for the doctor to contact you at around the time of your appointment. Most of your needs can be met over the phone, but where safe and necessary to do so you will be invited to attend the surgery.

Nurse and HCA appointments will be triaged and any appointment that is not urgent will be cancelled. You will be contacted if that is the case.

Please do not attend the practice for any appointment if you have any viral symptoms such as headache, cough, fever or sore throat.

We really hope that all our patients co-operate with these measures – they have been put in place to protect you and our staff. Patients who do not comply are putting many others at risk.
