You can reply to us!

We are very pleased to announce that we now have a ‘smarter’ way to communicate with patients. You will start to notice that some messages that you receive from the practice will give you the opportunity to reply to them – for instance to cancel an appointment, or to let us know your smoking status if requested.

This makes life easier for you as it saves you calling the practice to cancel, and for us as it enables us to get important information about your health quickly and efficiently.

If you’re especially IT minded, you may also wish to download the MJOG Messenger App. Using the app allows your messages to be sent over the internet, rather than as an SMS. This will make very little difference to you, but will save the NHS a little bit of money!

Please be reassured that we will only send messages when it’s of benefit to the practice and our patients.
